Minky option: Cool Gray exterior fabric is 100% cotton, interior white minky is 100% polyester and interior white & gray base sheet is 100% cotton. 

All Cotton option: Exterior fabric is 100% cotton, interior is 100% cotton. Please note, that the interior fill is 100% polyester, even on our all cotton products.
